摘    要:针对微细嵌布弱磁性矿物氰化尾渣通过磁选获得高品质铁精矿时回收率低的问题, 采用选择性磁种法, 探索了磁种添加比例、磁种粒度、磁选介质碱度、絮凝剂类型和用量对精矿品位和回收率的影响。在磁种添加比例4%、粒度为-38 μm粒级占50%、NaOH浓度0.15 g/L、絮凝剂BSF用量60 g/t条件下获得了铁品位52.41%、铁回收率69.02%的铁精矿, 与常规磁选方法相比, 回收率提高约10个百分点。

Abstract:The method of selective magnetic seeding was introduced to increase the recovery of high-grade iron concentrate collected from cyanide slag containing finely-disseminated weakly-magnetic minerals by magnetic separation. The influence of the addition proportion and particle size of magnetic seeds, the sodium hydroxide concentration, and the type and dosage of flocculants on the grade and recovery of iron concentrate were investigated. The results show that test with magnetic seed added at an amount of 4%, a particle size at -38 μm 50%, sodium hydroxide concentration as 0.15 g/L, dosage of flocculant BSF as 60 g/t, resulted in the iron concentrate approaching 52.41% TFe grade at 69.02% recovery, with an increase of around 10 percentage points in the recovery compared to the common method.
