摘    要:以冶炼烟灰为原料选择性浸出锌, 考察了液固比、pH值、浸出温度和浸出时间对锌和砷浸出率的影响。试验结果表明: 在液固比2∶1、浸出pH值4.0、浸出时间90 min、浸出温度25 ℃条件下, 锌浸出率可达93.92%, 砷浸出率仅4.12%。

Abstract:Test was conducted on selective leaching of zinc from a kind of flue dust to explore the effects of liquid/solid ratio, pH value, leaching temperature and leaching time on the leaching rate of zinc and arsenic. Results show that with liquid/solid ratio at 2∶1, pH value of 4.0, the selective leaching process at 25 ℃ for 90 min can result in the leaching rates of zinc and arsenic up to 93.92% and 4.12%, respectively.
