承德某铁铜多金属矿综合回收选矿工艺研究

摘    要:对河北承德某低品位含铜原生磁铁矿进行了选矿工艺研究。通过阶段磨矿、阶段弱磁选流程选铁, 选铁尾矿浮选选铜, 较好地实现了铜、铁的综合回收, 获得了TFe品位65.04%、铁回收率54.28%的铁精矿和铜品位18.42%、铜回收率74.34%的铜精矿, 为该矿石的合理开发利用提供了技术依据。

Abstract:Mineral processing technology for a low-grade primary copper-bearing magnetite ore from Chengde of Hebei Province was investigated. A flowsheet consisting of stage grinding and stage low intensity magnetic separation (LIMS) was adopted for iron processing, with the tailings processed by flotation, resulting in an iron concentrate with TFe grade and recovery of 65.04% and 54.28%, and a copper concentrate with Cu grade and recovery of 18.42% and 74.34%, respectively. Consequently, a comprehensive reclaiming of iron and copper resources can be actualized. This study provides a technical reference for rational processing and utilization of this lean ore.
