摘    要:为了确保管线安全运行, 对长距离浆体管道输送过程中管道沿程压力变化进行了分析。将全过程划分为全水、浆推水、全浆和水推浆4种工况, 结合具体工程案例, 计算了4种工况下管道内部压力的变化情况, 并对可能产生的危害提出了防护措施。

Abstract:The pressure variation along the whole pipeline during the long distance slurry transportation was analyzed to ensure the safety operation. The whole process of slurry transportation was divided into 4 situations with full water, water pushed by slurry, full slurry and slurry pushed by water. With a practical project as an example, the pressure variations inside the pipe under such 4 situations were calculated, and some corresponding preventive measures were proposed for the potential hazards.
