摘    要:采用加压碱浸对某锰银原矿进行了湿法预处理。最佳除铝工艺条件为: NaOH浓度150 g/L, 石灰添加量8%, 浸出时间3 h, 浸出温度120 ℃, 液固比2.5∶1, 氧压1.2 MPa, 在最优参数条件下铝浸出率可达93%以上, 而银损失率可控制在8.5%以内, 说明对该类锰银矿采用加压碱浸除铝的方案可行。

Abstract:A wet pretreatment of pressure alkaline leaching was adopted for a kind of manganese-silver ore with high aluminum content for removing aluminum under the following optimum conditions: the concentration of NaOH at 150 g/L, CaO dosage at 8%, leaching temperature at 120 ℃ and leaching time of 3 h, liquid/solid ratio of 2.5∶1 and oxygen pressure at 1.2 MPa. As a result, the leaching rate of aluminum is more than 93%, while the loss rate of silver is controlled within 8.5%, which indicates that approach of pressure alkaline leaching for removing aluminum from such manganese-silver ore is practicable.
