基于贫化率控制的乌龙泉矿生产台阶矿石起采厚度研究

摘    要:推导计算了3种爆破条件下矿石贫化率与台阶矿石起采厚度的关系式, 根据矿石贫化率控制要求反算出最小台阶起采厚度, 以台阶起采厚度作为爆破方案选择的依据, 确保爆破后矿石贫化率达到要求。分析表明:控制贫化率一定时, 最小台阶起采厚度随矿体倾角、采掘带宽度和剥离表土厚度增大而减小, 随废石混入厚度增大而增大。当前乌龙泉矿生产中最小台阶起采厚度变化范围为4.91~10.13 m, 根据台阶起采厚度选择最优的爆破方案可有效地控制贫化率, 保证作业效率。

Abstract:The relationship between ore dilution rate and initial mining height of bench for 3 different blasting conditions was deduced. Based on the requirement for ore dilution rate, the minimum bench height for initial mining was determined by back calculation. The blasting scheme selected based on the initial bench height for mining, can ensure the ore dilution rate after blasting up to the requirement. Analysis showed that, with the ore dilution rate at a fixed level, the initial bench height for mining reduced with the increasing of the orebody dip angle, the cut wideness and stripping thickness of overburden, but increased with an increase in the thickness of mixed waste. At present, the minimum initial mining height of bench in Wulongquan Mine is selected at the range of 4.91~10.13 m and the optimal blasting scheme selected according to the initial bench height can effectively control the dilution rate and ensure the productivity.
