含铟氧化锌提取铟的浸出动力学研究

摘    要:对蒙自产出的含铟氧化锌进行了铟的浸出动力学研究, 考察了酸度、温度、物料粒度、搅拌强度等因素对铟浸出的影响。高酸条件下铟浸出过程受内扩散控制, 反应级数为1.194, 同时测得其反应活化能为10.97 kJ/mol;反应速度常数k与物料粒径的平方成反比。试验结果表明: 高酸条件下浸出含铟氧化锌才能获得较高的铟浸出速度, 通过提高温度、降低物料粒度等方式可以强化铟的浸出。

Abstract:The research on the leaching kinetics of recovering indium from indium-bearing zinc oxide was performed to investigate the effects of sulfuric acidity, temperature, particle size, stirring rate on dissolution rate of indium. It is found that the leaching process at high sulfuric acid concentration was controlled by internal diffusion, the order of reaction and the activation energy of leaching reaction were 1.194 and 10.97 kJ/mol, respectively. The leaching rate constant(k) was inversely proportional to the square of particle size. The test results indicated that leaching of indium-bearing zinc oxide with high concentrated acid could lead to a high indium leaching speed, and a raised temperature and a finer particle size could intensify the indium leaching.
