摘    要:使用TOC分析仪快速测定有机药剂在矿物表面的吸附量, 并以分析纯试剂油酸钠和自制混合脂肪酸类捕收剂GJBW为研究对象, 对该测定方法进行了可靠性分析。试验结果表明, TOC分析仪法能够准确测定油酸钠、GJBW在矿物表面的吸附量, 相比于传统溶剂萃取-分光光度计法, 具有操作简便、测定快速、无毒无污染等优势, 适合测定实验室单一有机药剂体系(包括组成成分复杂的复配有机药剂)在矿物表面的吸附量。

Abstract:TOC analyzer was used to rapidly measure the adsorption capacity of organic reagents on mineral surface. The analytically pure sodium oleate and a collector GJBW of mixed fatty acids were applied into the reliability analysis of this measuring method. The experiment results indicated that the adsorption capacity of sodium oleate and GJBW on mineral surface could be measured exactly using TOC analyzer, which has advantages of simple operation, rapid measuring and environmental friendliness, compared with the conventional solvent extraction-spectrophotometer. It's a suitable method for measuring adsorption capacity of single organic reagent (including compound organic reagent with complex composition) on mineral surface, especially for lab research.
