硫精矿立磨再磨再选回收铜试验研究

摘    要:为提高大宝山铜矿铜回收率, 针对硫精矿中铜品位低(0.31%)、嵌布关系复杂的特点, 采用DY-1为铜捕收剂、石灰为黄铁矿抑制剂、2#油为起泡剂, 进行了硫精矿立磨再磨再选试验研究。在优化的工艺条件下, 可获得可市售的铜精矿产品。开路试验铜精矿平均产率1.07%、平均Cu品位13.19%、Cu回收率45.68%, 硫精矿硫平均品位41.20%、硫回收率84.65%。由计算机模拟计算得到闭路流程铜精矿回收率为67.28%, 品位13.19%。

Abstract:Aiming at increasing the copper recovery in Dabaoshan Copper Mine, the experimental study was carried out to recover copper from sulfur concentrate. In view of the characteristics such as low copper grade(0.31%) and complicated dissemination of copper minerals in sulfur concentrate, the sulfur concentrate was reground with vertical mill for further processing, with DY-1 chosen as copper collector, lime as pyrite depressant and 2# oil as frother. Qualified copper concentrate can be reclaimed therefrom with optimized operation parameters. The open-circuit test produced a copper concentrate approaching an average 13.19% Cu grade at 45.68% recovery with an average copper yield of 1.07%, as well as a sulfur concentrate graded on average 41.20% sulfur with the corresponding recovery of 84.65%. The computer simulation of closed-circuit Flowsheet resulted in 67.28% Cu recovery into a copper concentrate grade of 13.19%.
