摘    要:以总体平衡模型为基础, 使用动态系统模拟仿真软件MATLAB/Simulink对立磨机批次磨矿过程进行了建模与仿真。基于马钢集团东山选厂铁粗精矿实验室立磨机批次磨矿试验结果计算了碎裂分布函数bij和碎裂速率函数Si。使用该模型对立磨机批次磨矿和连续磨矿分别进行了仿真运算, 两种情况的仿真结果与实测数据吻合良好, 为该模型应用到立磨机与旋流器组成的闭路磨矿分级系统的建模与仿真研究奠定了基础。

Abstract:Based on population balance model, the modelling and simulation of batch grinding were conducted by using dynamic system simulation software MATLAB/Simulink. Fracture distribution function bij and breakage rate function Si were calculated according to the data collected in trial tests for batch grinding of rough iron concentrate from Dongshan Concentrator of Magang (Group) Holding Co Ltd. With this model, simulation and calculation for batch and continuous grinding with vertical stirred mill were conducted, with calculated results in good agreement with the test data, which can lay a ground for this model being applied in the closed-circuit grinding-classification system consisting of vertical stirred mill and hydrocyclone.
