武钢乌龙泉矿配矿方案研究

摘    要:根据武钢烧结生产所需矿石质量要求, 基于充分利用矿产资源的原则, 建立了乌龙泉矿配矿数学模型, 并提出了保证矿石配矿质量稳定性的控制程序。结合矿山月生产计划指标, 圈定每月开采计划线。考虑采场计划线内爆破工作安排, 应用3DMine矿山地质品位分布数字模型统计计划线内各爆区矿岩组分含量信息, 采用资源高效利用配矿数学模型制定计划配矿方案和调整配矿实施方案, 保证矿石输出质量和数量, 资源利用率提高了16.09%。

Abstract:In view of the ore quality requirement in Wugang sintering process, a mathematical model for ore blending was established based on the principle of full utilization of mineral resources, and an ore-blending program to ensure quality stability was proposed. Based on the monthly schedule of mining operation, a monthly mining zone was delineated. Based on the consideration of the blasting work arrangement in that monthly mining zone, a digital model of mine geology grade distribution with 3DMine was adopted to summarize the rock constituent contents in each blasting zone. Then, an ore-blending program was worked out by using the mathematical model of blending for utilization of resources effectively, and adjusted during the practical implementation to ensure the quality and quantity of ore output, leading to the resource utilization rate up by 16.09%.
