钒钛磁铁矿弱磁富集-酸浸提钒研究

摘    要:针对陕西某地钒钛磁铁矿, 进行了弱磁富集-酸浸提钒研究。结果表明: 原矿经磁场强度为50 kA/m弱磁分选后, 磁铁矿得到富集, V2O5品位从0.24%提高至1.09%。磁选精矿在硫酸浓度5 mol/L、反应温度100 ℃、反应时间60 min和液固比5∶1的条件下浸出, 钒浸出率可达80.45%。

Abstract:For vanadium titano-magnetite from Shaanxi Province, the process of low-intensity magnetic separation (LIMS) combined with acid leaching was adopted in the test for the enrichment and extraction of vanadium. It is found from the test that the raw ore was subjected to LIMS at the magnetic field strength of 50 kA/m for magnetic separation, resulting in the enrichment of magnetite with the grade of V2O5 increased from 0.24% to 1.09%. After that, the obtained concentrate was leached with sulfuric acid at concentration of 5 mol/L, reaction at the temperature of 100 ℃ for 60 min with liquid/solid ratio at 5∶1, leading to the vanadium leaching rate up to 80.45%.
