水热碱溶法从粉煤灰中浸出镓的研究

摘    要:采用水热碱溶法从焙烧处理后的粉煤灰中浸出镓, 研究了反应温度、钙硅比、碱液浓度、液固比、反应时间等因素对镓浸出效果的影响。综合镓的浸出率以及反应成本等因素, 确立了浸出镓的最优条件为:反应温度180 ℃、钙硅比1∶1、碱液浓度200 g/L、液固比20∶1、反应时间3.0 h。在最优条件下, 粉煤灰中镓浸出率可达87.84%。

Abstract:Calcined fly ash(CFA) was treated by hydrothermal process with alkali dissolution. Both single-factor and multiple-factor experiments were performed to explore the effects of reaction temperature, calcium-silicon ratio, solid-liquid ratio, alkali liquor concentration and reaction time on the extraction rate of gallium from CFA. With factors, such as extraction rate of gallium, reaction cost, taken into a comprehensive consideration, the best extraction conditions were established as follows, including reaction temperatures of 180 ℃, calcium-silicon ratio at 1∶1, alkali liquor concentration of 200 g/L, solid-liquid ratio at 20∶1 and reaction time of 3.0 h, leading to the extraction rate of gallium from the fly ash up to 87.84%.
