毕机沟钒钛磁铁矿选铁流程优化研究

摘    要:总结和回顾了毕机沟钒钛磁铁矿的工艺流程变革情况, 分析了各工艺流程的优缺点。研究结果表明, 采用ZCLA选矿机处理毕机沟极贫钒钛磁铁矿, 可在粗粒条件下同时回收铁和钛, 直接排弃合格尾矿, 简化了工艺流程, 降低了成本, 为贫钒钛磁铁矿的利用提供了新的途径。

Abstract:An evolution of flowsheets for processing vanadiferous titanomagnetite ore from Bijigou Mine in Yang County was summarized, with advantages and disadvantages of each floowsheets presented in the paper. When a separator ZCLA was employed to treat this extremely lean vanadiferous titanomagnetite ore, coarse-grained iron and titanium minerals can be collected with coarse tailings directly discarded. This simplified flowsheet  resulting in the processing cost reduced could be regarded as a new approach for utilization of lean vanadiferous titanomagnetite ores.
