摘    要:概述了宝钢三期精萘装置生产情况,介绍了精萘装置扩能改造思路:在装置结晶系统增加了1组规格同原2组的结晶器,采用原有的结晶操作工艺参数,均匀分配3组结晶器的操作负荷。经实践,改造过程对装置正常生产影响小,取得了预期的效果,使装置生产能力达到改造前的150%。

Abstract:In this paper,Baosteel′s 3rd phase naphthalene refining plant and its concept of capacity expansion were presented in detail.Because of higher price and greater market demand of refined naphthalene,the plant was revamped to increase its production capacity.A group of crystallizers which had the same specifications as the previous two groups were added to the crystallization system of the plant.In the crystallization process,previous operation parameters were adopted and operation load was distributed evenly to the three groups.The revamping practice had scarcely any impact on the nor-mal operation of the plant,yet expected results were achieved.After revamping,the production capacity is 150% of that before the plant was revamped,thus market demand was met and the economic benefit of the company was achieved.
