氧化铝厂设备管理信息系统的设计及应用

根据氧化铝厂生产工艺及设备管理的特点，分析了氧化铝厂设备管理的现状及存在的问题。针对设备管理信息系统的现状需求，将信息技术与管理技术相结合，确立了系统的目标，设计了设备管理信息系统的结构以及功能模型。系统由设备管理子系统、设备采购子系统、固定资产子系统、工程项目管理子系统组成，并分析了子系统及主要功能模块间的数据流，给出了系统的信息模型及系统的软硬件及网络平台设计方案．对实施应用后的效益进行了分析。

Design and Application for Equipment Management Information System Based on the Alumina Plant

The equipment management status and problems of alumina plant are analized based on characteristic of technics and equipment management. According to requirement analysis for equipment management information system,the information technology is combined with management technology. The system target,system structure and function model are established. The system includes equipment management,equipment stock, fixed assets and project management. The data flow between subsystems and main function model is analyzed. The information model,the software,hardware platform and network project are designed. The benefit is look forward to being carried into execution.
