| Abstract: | In a middle-aged woman with anginal chest pain and a normal-appearing angiogram, dypiridamole technetium-99m Sestamibi scintigraphy, a noninvasive method, provided the diagnosis of syndrome X and was used in follow-up to monitor the course of disease. |
