高分子聚合物对纸张施胶性能的影响

摘    要:研究了阳离子聚丙烯酰胺、阳离子淀粉、PAE、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺和PAE、阴离子聚丙烯酰胺和阳离子淀粉、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺和和改性膨润土等对麦草浆阳离子松香胶施胶性能的影响,探讨了高分子聚合物作为助留剂的最佳用量.结果表明,用0.05%的阴离子聚丙烯酰胺和0.5%的PAE双元助留对麦草浆的施胶效果最好.

Abstract:The influences of sizing performance of cationic rosin emulsion for wheat straw pulp using CPAM,cationic starch,PAE,APAM+PAE, APAM+cationic starch,CPAM+modified bentonite as retention systems were studied and the best dosage of macromolecular polymer as retention aid was determined.The results show that when a dual retention system formed with APAM dosage 0.05%and PAE dosage 0.3%,the optimal sizing effect on wheat straw pulp can be obtained.
