汽车模具的电刷镀和喷焊快速修复

摘    要:介绍了几种典型模具快速修复工艺方法,并对汽车地板革成形模和汽车半轴摆动辗压模的修复进行了研究。研究结果表明:对于汽车地板革成形模,采用刷镀工艺可获得和基体结合良好,满足使用要求的修复镀层;对于汽车半轴摆动辗压模,采用喷焊修复工艺可以得到硬度60-65 HRC,满足使用要求的模具表面修复喷焊层。

Abstract:Some typical technique for rapid mould recondition was stated. An investigation was carded out for the recondition of a mould for the forming of automotive plastic floor board and a half-axle swing forging die. The result shows that the application of eleclro chemical machining can obtain the cladding which bonds well with matrix and meets the requirement for the mould for the forming of floor board; and the use of spray welding techn/que can achieve 60-65HRC degree of hardness of surface coverage for the automotive half-axle swing forging die.
