摘    要:对厚壁压力容器的应力分布进行三维有限元分析,研究不同焊接结构型式对接头应力分布的影响,并比较承载能力,利用映射和AutoLisp编程方法实现三维网格的自动剖分,对压力容器生产中焊接结构型式的选取有指导意义。

Abstract:The stress distribtions in a thick walled pressure vessles were obtained by three dimensional finite element analysis. The influences of different welded structures on the stress distributions were studied, and the loading capability of the pressure vessels with various welded structures were compared. In this research, automatic division of three dimensional mesh was accomplished by mapping and Autolisp programming. The research results will be helpful for the selection of welded struture in the production of pressure vessels.
