摘    要:为了将WorldFIP现场总线技术与传统的开关量控制方法结合起来,介绍了基于WorldFIP的开关量I/O模件,讨论了开关量I/O模件的工作原理及软、硬件的开发设计。模件基于ARM9核心的平台,为实现软PLC虚拟机提供了充分的硬件支持。输入电路有过电压保护的功能,大大减小了现场的安装调试过程中造成的模件损坏。软PLC系统的分为中间码编辑环境和运行环境两部分。编辑环境使用已有的FIPCON软件,运行环境在模件实现,软PLC虚拟机是其主要部分,它采用解释的方式实现中间码的执行。中间码连接了编辑环境和运行环境,在借鉴其它方法的基础上采用了一种相对简单的文法。在开发过程中,对软件和硬件进行了调试和相关测试,最终以解释执行方式实现了开关量的控制。

Abstract:In order to introduce WorldFIP fieldbus protocol to the traditional discrete I/O control,in this paper, characteristics of the WorldFIP Discrete I/O device are presented. The working principle and software/hardware developments are discussed.The module is based on ARM9 platform, which supports the soft PLC virtual machine. The input circuit could withstand high voltage, so the risk of being damaged during installation and debugging will be reduced. The soft PLC system could be divided into two parts: editing environment and running environment. The former prepared software FIPCON is used as editing environment. The running environment is realized in this module. The soft PLC virtual machine is the main part of running environment. The executing system of the soft PLC virtual machine explains and executes the Middle Code. The Middle Code connects the editing environment and running environment, and uses a simple syntax. Debugging and testing are carried on during the developing. The discrete I/O control is realized in this module with explaining and executing ways.
