磁选尾矿回收再选新工艺

摘    要:鞍山小岭子铁矿系沉积变质矿床,铁矿物嵌布粒度细,磁性率低,属较难选铁矿。其磁选尾矿欲经过再选获得65%以上的铁精矿品位和较高的回收率,必须在技术上有所突破,工艺上有所创新。再选新工艺是在预选阶段没有采用通常使用的盘式磁力回收机,而是选用了设置“漂洗水”的中磁选磁选机,从而使预选铁精矿品位和回收率得到大幅度提高;再选工艺流程摒弃了完全依赖铁矿物单体解离度的技术路线,选别设备采用了螺旋柱,充分发挥其选择性高的技术优势,在入选粒度较粗的条件下获得高质量的精矿,不仅减少了磨矿段数和选别次数,而且使后续作业的条件有了明显的改善,使传统的磁选工艺流程得到进一步的优化。

Abstract:Anshan Xiaolingzi iron ore belongs to the sedimentary metamorphic iron deposits with characteristics of fine iron minerals and low magnetic rate, and it is a refractory iron ore.After re-concentration of tailings from magnetic separation, more than 65% of iron concentrate grade and a higher recovery rate were obtained.So a breakthrough and innovation in process technology are required.The new re-concentration process which did not adopt the traditional disc magnetic separator but the “rinse water” medium intensity magnetic separator at pre-concentration stage can greatly improve the Fe grade and recovery.This new process gave up the technical line of entirely depending on the monomer dissociation degree of iron minerals and adopted the spiral columns to show its high productivity advantages.Obtaining high quality concentrate under coarse particle size can not only reduce grinding stage and separation times, but also improve the follow-up operation condition.Hence, the traditional magnetic separation process has been further optimized.
