端盖机械加工工艺的改进

端盖是机械产品中应用最广泛的零件之一，其加工工艺是否合理，对零件的质量、生产成本影响很大。为此，我们在生产实际中不断总结经验，改进了该零件的加工工艺。本文通过对端盖的功用及结构特点、原工艺的缺陷、现行工艺的特点等三个方面的分析，深入研究端盖的机械加工工艺。

An improvement on machining process of cover

The cover is one of the most extensively used parts in machine products. Whether its machining process appropriate or not has great influence upon parts?quality and producing cost. As a result, we continuously sum up experiences in producing practice, and have made an improvement on its machining process. In this paper, by analyzing three aspects: its functions and construction features, its original process shortcomings, and the characteristics of its present process, the author makes deep researches on machining process of cover.
