厌氧颗粒污泥膨胀床(EGSB)的工艺特征与运行性能

摘    要:分析了颗粒污泥膨胀床(EGSB) 的工艺特征以及特殊条件下的处理性能。EGSB采用处理水回流技术与较高的上升速度,使颗粒污泥床处于膨胀状态,强化了传质速率,减少了水力停留时间,提高了处理效率。适用于超高浓度和含有毒物质的工业废水,也特别适用于低温和低浓度的有机废水的处理。

Abstract:The process characteristics of a new type of anaerobic reactor,expended granular sludge bed(EGSB) reactor,and its treatment performance at a few special conditions were reviewed and evaluated.In EGSB,the effluent recirculation and the high superficial liquid velocity cause complete fluidization of the sludge bed.This improves the mass transfer rate from the liquid to the granules,decreases the hydraulic retention time and increases the organic removal efficiency.EGSB reactors are possible to treat the industrial wastewater with ultra high concentration and toxic compounds,as well as the low strength organic wastewater at low temperature.
