天然气净化装置腐蚀行为与防护

含硫天然气净化过程中存在严重的腐蚀行为。对天然气净化装置开展腐蚀行为研究并提出相应的防护措施，对天然气净化工业的安全生产具有重要意义。调查显示，胺法脱硫脱碳装置腐蚀较严重的部位有：再生塔塔壁及内部构件、贫富液换热器、高温富液管线、重沸器及相连管线等。通过对电化学腐蚀、化学腐蚀、碳酸盐或硫化物等引起的应力腐蚀及氢鼓泡等腐蚀破坏形态分析，结合国内外关于H₂S及CO₂ 腐蚀机理研究，探讨了H₂S、CO₂及热稳定性盐等对脱硫装置腐蚀影响机制，并针对性地提出了天然气净化装置腐蚀防护措施。

Corrosion behavior and prevention of gas sweetening unit in natural gas processing plants

There exists serious corrosion behavior during the process of purifying the sour gas. It is essential for safe production in natural gas purification sector to study on corrosion behaviors and preventive countermeasures. Through investigation, this study discovered that in the amine sweetening units these parts are damaged by corrosion heavily including the wall and inner parts of regeneration tower, heat exchanger of lean/rich solution, pipes and lines flowing high temperature acid gas loaded solution, reboiler and the connecting lines, and so on. Based on analysis on failure deformation modes by galvanic corrosion, chemical erosion, sulfide or carbonate stress cracking, and hydrogen blister, this paper discussed about the corrosion mechanism of hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide and heat stable salts on the sweetening units, and put forward some preventive countermeasures accordingly.
