郑州市污水处理厂投融资方案灰色关联分析

投融资方案的选择是城市污水处理回用工程建设的重要问题,投融资方案的编制与前期准备时间、项目完工时间、项目运行成本、项目运行效果等多种指标相关.应用灰色关联分析法对投融资评价指标进行了分析,建立了评价指标集,并提出了定性和定量评价计算方法.在对评价指标集分析研究的基础上建立了模糊优选模型.实例应用分析表明,该模型在确定投融资方案中具有重要的应用价值,为编制城市污水处理回用工程建设总决策方案提供了理论和技术支持.

Gray Relevancy Analysis of the Investment and Financing Scheme of Sewage Treatment Plant in Zhengzhou City

The choice of investment and financing scheme is an important problem of municipal sewage treatment and reuse projects.The establishment of investment and financing scheme relates with preparation time,project completion time,project operating costs,project running and other project-related indicators.The gray relevancy analysis method is applied to analyze evaluation indicators of investment and financing,a set of evaluation indexs is established,and then calculation method of qualitative and quantitative evaluation is pointed out.Based on the analysis of evaluation set,a fuzzy optimization model is established.The application analysis of examples shows that,the model is of important value to determine the investment and financing scheme,and provides theoretical and technical support in the preparation for the decision-making scheme of urban sewage treatment and reuse projects.
