摘    要:辽河油田曙一区高粘度原油密度大 ( p2 0 =0 .9977g·cm- 3)、粘度大 (V80 =564 7.3mm2 ·s- 1)、凝点 (tSP=4 8℃ )高 ,属于低硫环烷基原油。该原油无汽油馏份 ,柴油饱分收率也很低 ,仅占 7.1 9% ,润滑油馏分不适合做润滑油原料 ,而且渣油馏分亦不宜做催化裂化原料。但此油的蜡含量比较低 ,胶质、沥青质含量高 ,是生产沥青的一种优质原料。辽河油田现将其作为烧火油使用 ,但由于其粘度大 ,乳化后不易雾化 ,因而燃烧不充分。这不仅浪费了资源 ,而且无疑也降低经济效益。为合理利用石油资源 ,以辽河油田曙一区高粘度原油的渣油为基础组分 ,以炼厂富芳贫蜡的废油为调合组分进行调合 ,可制备出符合国标GB/T1 51 80 -94要求的各种牌号沥青。实验证明调合的沥青有很好的低温性能和抗老化性能。试验建立的调合剂加入量与调合沥青物性的数学模型 ,定量地反映了调合剂对沥青物性的影响 ,可作为工业沥青生产放大的依据。试验建立的辽曙一区环烷基沥青组成和沥青物性的数学模型 ,为寻找其它调合剂和其它工艺提供了依据。

Abstract:The high viscous crude oil from No.1 Shuguang zone of Liaohe Oilfield has the characteristics of high density, high viscidity and low wax content. It contains no gasoline fraction and its diesel oil fraction yield is only 7.19%, which belongs to low sulfur naphthene-base crude oil. Its lubricating oil fraction is not suited to produce lubricating oil. Its residue, which contains rich gum and asphaltene, less wax, is not good feedstock for catalytic cracking, but is the ideal raw material for producing high grade paving asphalt. Now this high viscous crude oil is used as burning fuel after emulsified in Liaohe Oilfield, but it is so high viscous that can not be atomized uniformly and burned fully, which not only waste oil resource but also gain low economical profit. In order to make full use of this oil resource and produce high value, three kinds waste oil used as blenders, which are rich in aromatics and poor in wax, have been investigated about their modified effects on heavy oil from this crude oil. Various brand asphalts meeting GB/T15180-94 specification were produced. The laboratory results show that blender asphalts have good low-temperature performance and antiageing feature. The mathematic models set up by gradual regression of the experiment data can provide scientific means to predict the properties of blended asphalt in industrial production.
