磷钨酸催化合成环烷酸高级酯的研究

摘    要:以石油环烷酸和十八醇为原料,在磷钨酸催化作用下,合成环烷酸十八酯,研究磷钨酸晶体结构及用量、反应时间、反应温度、原料配比和带水剂及有和量等对酯率的影响。结果表明,在适宜的合成条件下,酯收率可达90%以上,与用浓硫酸作催化剂相比较,酯可提高10%以上。

Abstract:Octadecyl naphthenate was synthesized from naphthenic acid and octadecyl alcohol with phosphotungstic acid as catalyst.The influence of synthesis conditions such as the structure and quantity of catalyst,the mole ratio of naphthenic acid to octadecyl alcohol,the quantity of watercarrying agent,reaction temperature and time on esterification were studied.The experiment results indicated that the product yield can arrive at more than 90 percent under the suitable conditions.Compared with sulphuric acid as catalyst,ester yield can increase more than 10 percent.
