固定导叶安放角及轮缘间隙对混流泵性能影响的研究

摘    要:对混流泵固定导叶安放角及叶轮轮缘与泵体前盖间隙变化对泵性能影响的试验结果作了介绍。当固定导叶安放角增大时,最优效率工况向大流量方向移动,比转速增大;反之,比转速降低,泵的效率随轮缘处间隙变大会有明显减小,因此,对于可调叶片蜗壳式混流泵应重视固定导叶的设计,合理地选择轮缘间隙的大不。必要时可通过发迹固定导叶安放角来改变已有水力模型的比转速,以适应泵站要求。

Abstract:This paper describes the test results of the effects of the angle and clearance of fixed guide blade on the performances of mixed flow pump.When the setting angle of fixed guide blade increases,the optimum efficiency condition will be toward the large discharge and then the specific speed will increase,otherwise,the specific speed will decrease.The efficiency of pump will be reduce with the increase of tip clearance of blade.Therefore,for the adjustable blade spiral mixed flow pump,the design of fixed guide blade should be paid attention to and the tip clearance of blade should be rationally selected.If necessary,the setting angle of fixed guide blade can be changed to achieve a proper specific speed in order to meet the pump needs.
