摘    要:由于黄河泥流较多,大峡水电站在水轮机设计制造中把防止含沙水对水轮机的磨蚀作为重要的技术指标。水轮机各过流部件在材质选用、工艺设计及型线精度、波浪度、表面粗糙度等方面,采用了经实践证明较为有效的措施,形成了有一定的抗磨蚀技术特点。

Abstract:Daxia Hydropower Station is located in the main stream of the Yellow River.Because the Yellow River is a sediment laden river,preventing the water turbine from wearing caused by the sediment laden flow is taken as an important technical index in the design and manufacture of turbine .In the aspects of material selection,technological design,the flow line accuracy,wave,surface roughness of various overflowing parts,the tested effective measures have been adopted,which forms its own characteristics in the abrasive resistance technology of water turbine.
