莲花水电站建设合同管理的实践

莲花水电站自１９９２年开始，陆续进行了主体土建，主机制造，机电设备安装，金属结构制这等工程项目的招标，共鉴订７７０余份合同。在合同执行过程中又结合实际进度及中标单位施工进行了必要的合同调整。在施工期合同管理的实践中，通过不断地总结完善，建立必要的计划编审、统计结算索赔审理、纠纷协调等程序，业主以积极态度，有力的措施，保证了合同有序地运行和工程总目标的按期实现。

Practice of contract management in the construction of Lianhua Hydropower Station

Since the Lianhua Hydropower Station was started in 1992,the bid invitations of the project for the civil engineering construction of main works,manufacture of generating unit,installation of mechanical and electrical equipment,manufacture and installation of metal structure,etc.have been conducted in succession and more than 770 contracts in total have been signed.During the contract implementation,some necessary adjustments of contracts have been conducted according to the actual progress of the project and the construction capability of the successful bidders.In the contract management during the construction,the Owner has continuously summed up the experience and taken the improvement measures so that a series of systems for the formulation and examination of plan,statistics and settlement,claim judgement,dispute coordination,etc.have been established.The Owner has adopted the active attitude and strong measures to guarantee the orderly contract implementation and the total goals of the project to be achieved on schedule.
