李家峡水电站出线站施工进度与质量控制

李家峡水电站３３０ｋＶ出线站位于地质条件复杂的左坝沟内，该工程于１９９６年４月开工，同年１０月底完成第一回出线的土建工程。在工期紧、工程量大，质量要求高的情况下，监理充分发挥“监督、管理、协调、服务”的职能作用，对工程进度与质量进行全方位监理，终于按期完成了土建工程，为确保第１台机组发电创造了条件。

Progress and quality control of outgoing station of Lijiaxia Hydropower Station

The outgoing station with a capacity of 330 kV for Lijiaxia Hydropower Station is located in the gully to the left of the dam.The station was started in April,1996.The civil engineering of its first outgoing loop was completed in the end of October,1996.Under the conditions of short construction period,big engineering quantities,high quality requirements,the Construction Supervision Department of Lijiaxia Hydropower Station has brought the functions of supervision,management,coordination and service into full play for the construction progress and quality.The civil engineering quantities of the outgoing station have been completed on schedule,which creates the basic conditions for the first generating unit to be put into operation.
