摘    要:黄河上游干流龙羊峡至青铜峡河段梯级水库(电站)群装机规模大,梯级电站之间水力联系密切,是西北电网的骨干水电基地。梯级水库群中具有优良多年调节性能的龙羊峡水库和具有良好年调节性能的刘家峡水库。

Abstract:The cascade reservoirs(hydro stations)in the reaches from Longyangxia to Qingtongxia in the main upstream of Yellow River have a big total installed capacity and a closed hydraulic relation between them,which is the backbone hydropower base for the Northwest Power Network.In these cascade reservoirs,there are two reservoirs:Longyangxia reservoir with a good carryover storage performance and Liujiaxia reservoir with a good annual storage performance.The practice of the operation design and dispatching of the cascade hydro station group in the upstream of Yellow River shows that,on the basis of the combined operation and compensation regulation of cascade reservoirs(hydro stations)and under the condition of meeting the basic requirements of comprehensive utilizations,its basic design principles of making full use of power generation benefits are correct and the combined operation and compensation regulation of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia reservoirs are rational and feasible.The basic operation principles are feasible,which is formulated based on the requirements of comprehensive utilizations of power generation,flood control,ice prevention and irrigation water supplement of cascade hydro stations.
