温拌沥青添加剂研制及其混合料性能研究

摘    要:采用克拉玛依炼厂副产品自主研制了KSH—A、KSH—B、KSH—C温拌沥青添加剂。同时考查了添加剂对沥青胶结料粘度、还原性能的影响;确定了温拌沥青混合料的最佳拌和温度、拌和时间、养生时间、碾压温度等工艺条件;并通过温拌沥青混合料综合性能测试,验证了KSH—A、KSH—B、KSH—C温拌沥青添加剂具有良好的应用效果。

Abstract:KSH - A, KSH - B, KSH - C additives of warm - mix - asphalt based on neat asphalt of by - product of petroleum refinery of Karamay Petrochemical Corporation were developed, and have claim priority of their's own. By the same time, the affection of additives to viscosity and reducibility of asphalt binder was examined. And the optimum mixing temperature and the length of time, curing time and compaction temperature of operating conditions of their WMA mixes were determined. Furthermore, KSH - A, KSH - B, KSH - C additives of warm - mix - asphalt have good applicated effect by various evaluating test of WMA mixes.
