小湾水电站拱坝横缝接缝灌浆施工技术

摘    要:小湾水电站拱坝横缝接缝灌浆施工通过灌浆性能试验,确定采用既能满足强度要求,又具有较好流动性的0.45∶1低水灰比浆液,且实现大部分灌区采用0.45∶1单一水灰比浆液灌注;对于特殊灌区通过采取"混凝土超冷、降低上游水位、湿磨水泥浆液灌注、提高灌浆压力、补打进浆、排气孔及采用化学浆液灌注"等多种措施,有效地解决了横缝压紧和多层多灌区串漏等复杂条件下灌浆施工,并取得较好灌浆效果。

Abstract:To perform the joint grouting of transverse joints of the arch dam of Xiaowan Hydropower Project, the grouting performance test is carried out. The low water-cement ratio (0.45 : 1 ), which can satisfy strength requirement and is with better fluidity as well, is ap- plied. Furthermore, most of the grouting areas apply the same and single water-cement ratio for the grouting operation. Concerning the special grouting area, special measures such as application of extremely cooled concrete, lowing of upstream water level, application of wetgrinding cement grout, increase of grouting pressure, additional grout injection, air hole and application of chemical grout effectively and successfully perform grouting operation under such complicated conditions as the closed-pressed transverse and the grout connection and leakage in multiple grouting layers and grouting areas, an excepted grouting result is achieved.
