摘    要:分型面设计直接影响精铸模具结构设计与模具加工复杂程度,是一项典型的强经验、弱理论的工作。为叶片及其精铸模建立特征库、事例库,将专家经验知识化、规则实例化,将基于事例推理与基于精铸模特征推理技术相结合来生成分型面,同时考虑后续加工的影响,使得分型面的设计更加合理,缩短精铸模研制周期。

Abstract:The parting surface designing of investment casting mould to turbine blade is a difficult job which needs more experience and influence the configuration of its mould and process.Using expert system to translate experience and rules into knowledge and case is a good way to solve this problem.The feature and case database for refined casting mould are established.By the thought of case-based resorting and feature technology,the parting surface designing is more logical and shorten the time of developing cycle.
