| 摘 要： | 我国工程造价咨询行业初具规模,处于发展完善阶段。以产业组织理论为依据,从市场集中度、产品差别化程度以及参入壁垒三个角度对重庆市工程造价咨询行业的规模结构进行分析,并在分析的基础上,从企业、行业、政府三个层面提出适当调整行业规模结构的对策,以促进行业健康可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The scale structure of construction cost consulting industry is already beginning to take shape,based on the principle of organization structure of industry,this paper analyses it from the aspects of the degree of centralization,the differentiation of business and the limitation of the entrance industry.Then put forward the related solutions from the enterprise,industry and government to adjust the scale structure. |
