摘    要:研究了EPTA装置中,中纯度对苯二甲酸生产过程尾气中有机物的回收。对PX和AcOH的消耗进行分析,对尾气处理部分的流程进行改造。采用吸收、精馏两塔流程实现了70%的乙酸甲酯和92%的PX回收。实现了PX单耗降低3.33kg,乙酸单耗降低2.09 kg,回收得到甲醇2.02 kg/t。

Abstract:Organic materials in tail gas are recovered in EPTA plant during the production process of medium terephthalic acid.The consumption of PX and AcOH is analysed.The tail gas disposal process is modified.70% of methyl acetate and 92% of PX are recovered by absorbing and distillation.The unit consumption is reduced by 3.33 kg/t,2.09 kg/t for PX and AcOH respectively;and 2.02 kg/t methanol is obtained.
