Application of BSC in EPC General Contractor Enterprise

This paper taking one EPC general contractor enterprise as a example,introduces import process of the Balanced Score Card(BSC) and acceleration effect of strategy execution to enterprise.The BSC combine the long-term strategy and short-term operations of the general contractor,in order to enable more effective delivery of the strategy in the enterprise and ensure the effective implementation of the corporate strategy.
