再生有色PET短纤维用纺丝组件的改进

摘    要:对生产再生有色PET短纤维过程中纺丝组件易产生难拆、难装、漏料、内腔有熔体流动死角、喷丝板变形等问题进行了分析并提出解决方案。通过把大螺套的梯形螺纹改成锯齿螺纹,纺丝熔体单孔进料改为环形进料,增加喷丝板的厚度等,效果明显。

Abstract:The spinning pack problems such as difficult disassemble,difficult installation,material leakage,melt flow dead angle in inner cavity,spinneret deformation occured during the production of regeneration colored PET staple were analysed.The solutions were put forward.By changing the ladder thread of the big screw sleeve into sawtooth thread,changing spinning melt single hole feeding into circular feeding,increasing the thickness of the spinneret,the effects were obvious.
