| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了废PET纺织品回收再利用的重要性和紧迫性,以及国内外同类技术的发展状况,并结合自身的研究,以小试为基础,以千吨级规模的中试为平台,采用乙二醇醇解方法,将纯涤废布经过熔融增黏最终得到可再回用于纤维领域的PET产品。

| Abstract: | The importance and urgency of the recycling and reusing of waste PET textiles as well as the development trend of similar technology at home and abroad were briefly introduced.During the research,taking small scaled test as basis,taking kilo ton level medium scaled test as platform,using glycol alcoholysis method,by melting and tackifying,the pure polyester waste textile was made to produce the PET product which can recycling and reusing in fiber field.The technology laid a solid foundation of large scaled industrialization of recycling waste PET textile. |
