地表倾斜变形对高压线铁塔的影响研究

摘    要:以采动影响下高压线铁塔为原型,采用数值模拟方法对地表倾斜变形与铁塔内力和变形特征关系进行了研究,分析了不同地表倾斜变形情况下高压线铁塔内力、位移和基础支座反力和临界地表倾斜值.结果表明:随着地表倾斜值的增加,高压线铁塔杆件的轴向压应力及拉应力最大值均呈二次方关系增加,高压线塔倾斜度及横担歪斜度呈线性关系增加.当采动引起的地表倾斜变形超过安全临界倾斜变形值时,铁塔杆件最大轴向应力超过其许用应力,处于不安全状态;高压线铁塔基础支座反力呈显非线性变化.这些研究为采动区高压线铁塔的安全性分析与评价提供了理论依据.

Abstract:High-voltage transmission line tower is a kind of high structures and it is sensitive to surface slope due to undermining.Based on the high-voltage transmission line tower effected by mining,the relationship between the stress and deformation of the high-voltage transmission line tower and surface slope was studied by numerical simulation method.The stress,displacement and foundation reverse force of the tower and the critical surface slope were analyzed in different surface slope.The results indicate that the compressive and tensile axis stress of the member bar in the tower increases by square relationship,and the inclination of the tower and its transom increase by linear relationship,with the increase of surface slope.As the surface slope due to mining is larger than the critical surface slope,the axis stress of the bar in the tower will exceed allowable stress so that the tower will be not safe.The foundation reverse force of the tower varies with the increase of surface slope by nonlinear relationship.It provide theoretical basis for the safety evaluation of the high-voltage transmission tower in coal mining area.
