| 摘 要： | 分析了聚酯薄膜加工过程中出现未熔料的原因,通过验证不同的保温温度和保温时间对未熔料的影响,得出在290℃保温时,停机保温4 h,开机后可正常生产。

| Abstract: | The reasons for the unmelted material occured during the PET film processing were analysed.By verification the effect of different holding temperature and holding time on unmelted material,it was obtained that when holding temperature at 290 ℃,shutdown holding time for 4 h,normal production can be proceeded after starting up. |
