The Research on Infrastructure Projects Cost Control in Hospital

To the problem of "three excesses" in hospital’s infrastructure projects,analyzes the specific characteristics,the main influencing factors,and the common problems in the cost management in hospitals infrastructure projects,then puts forward suggestions to control the cost from formulating reasonable goal of project cost management in the decision-making stage,designing in a given cost,and emphasizing projects cost management and so on.
