| Abstract: | Viewed from housing industrialization standpoint,researches the developmental pattern and path for real estate enterprise.In accordance with the reality of the characteristics of housing industrialization and the situation of building enterprise,this paper concludes the developmental pattern for the various types of building enterprise based on experiences at home and abroad,and finally discusses the achieve path. |
