吸湿排汗用共聚酯切片的工业化开发

摘    要:介绍了吸湿排汗用共聚酯的合成方法,并利用现有三釜流程连续聚合工艺技术,工业化试生产了吸湿排汗用共聚酯。结果表明:以聚乙二醇(PEG)作为改性剂,在较低的反应釜温度下,用三釜流程国产化生产线连续化生产吸湿排汗用共聚酯是可行的。所生产的产品与常规PET相比,特性黏度和b值较高,端羧基值较低。

Abstract:The synthetic method of moisture-absorbing and sweat dischargeable copolyester was introduced.The moisture-absorbing and sweat dischargeable copolyester was industrial trial produced by using the existing three-reactors continuous polymerization process technology.The results show that it is feasible to produce absorbing and sweat dischargeable copolyester on the domestic production line of continuous three-reactors polymerization process under appropriate reaction conditions with polyethylene glycol as a modifier and at lower reactor temperature.The intrinsic viscosity and b value of the product is higher than PET,the containing value of carboxyl end group is less than PET.
