天津大学新体育馆点支式玻璃幕墙预应力自平衡索桁架支承体系设计分析

摘    要:点支式玻璃幕墙以其良好的通透性和安全性以及优美的建筑表现在国内外都获得了广泛应用。预应力自平衡索桁架体系是一种新型的点支式玻璃幕墙支承体系,其独立的力平衡体系解决了拉索对周边结构的附加拉力问题,因而应用前景广阔。由于需要考虑预应力和几何非线性大变形的影响,这给此类支承体系的设计增加了难度。结合天津大学新体育馆工程项目,详细介绍了该工程所应用的点支式玻璃幕墙预应力自平衡索桁架体系的选型与布置及其结构特点,应用ANSYS软件建立有限元模型,对该支承体系的设计计算过程进行了介绍,并选取荷载计算工况、对幕墙结构的基本静动力性能等问题进行了详细分析,得到了一些有实用意义的结论。

Abstract:Point-supporting glass curtain wall is recognized as an efficient and aesthetic building system in recent years. As a new kind of supporting system, a prestress self-balanced cable truss has been widely applied in point-supporting glass curtain walls. The self-balanced system solves the issue of additional cable tension on the surrounding structure.Because of the influence of prestress and large deformation, there are many difficulties in the design of supporting system. Based on the design of the new gymnasium of Tianjin University , this paper gives the introduction to selection and layout of supporting system, structure characteristics of the prestress self-balanced cable trusses. By resorting to ANSYS software, the finite element model is made, and this paper illustrates the design process of support system, also analyzes some important issues such as the carrying capacity, the load cases for calculation, the static and dynamic behavior. Some practical conclusions are gained.
