焦化高浓度剩余氨水的干燥处理技术

摘    要:以一工程实例,介绍了焦化厂废水—高浓度剩余氨水的干燥处理技术。该技术是在特制的CHT塔中,利用焦化厂的焦炉高温废气将少量的剩余氨水完全汽化,同时综合了吸附、吹脱、酸碱中和、催化氧化、氧化还原等多种反应功能。反应后烟气中的烟尘可利用干式除尘器进行脱除,烟气达标排放,剩余氨水零排放。固形物中的铵盐(主要是硫铵)含量较高,可回收作为农用化肥。该方法既处理了焦化废水,同时又净化了酸性焦炉烟气,且投资省、运行费用低。废水量为36 m3/h时,工程总投资为715万元,吨水投资约为0.8万元,运行成本为9.71元/t,均明显低于生化法以及其他与生化法相结合的方法。

Abstract:According to the practical engineering example,this paper introduces a new treatment technology about the coking plant wastewater-the high-concentration residual ammonia water.In this technology,the small amount of residual ammonia water is vaporized in the special CHT tower by the high temperature flue-gas discharged through the coke oven,the adsorption,stripping,acid-alkali neutralization,catalytic oxidation,oxidation and deoxidization,and other reactions are taken place in the same time.The flue-gas is charged up to the standard,and the residual coking ammonia water is not charged at all.The fume-dusts in the flue-gas after the reactions can be removed by the dry dust collector,the ammonium salt(mostly sulfur ammonium) content is very high,it can be reclaimed,and used as agriculture fertilizer.This method can not only dispose the coking wastewater,but also purge the acid coke oven flue-gas simultaneously.And its investment is economic,run expense is low,when the waste water quantity is 36 m3/h,the total engineering investment is 7.15 million, the investment per ton water is about 8 thousand yuan,the run expense is 9.71 yuan per ton,they are distinctly under the bio-chemistry method's and other method's combined with the bio-chemistry method.
