基于UG的自吸式水泵设计及仿真

摘    要:针对大量使用的普通水泵存在的诸多缺陷,利用UG软件进行了自吸式水泵的创新设计,采用参数化方法建立了自吸式水泵的运动仿真模型.通过对自吸式水泵的运动仿真及模拟运动过程,可实时地检查出零部件之间的干涉,可以直观地看到自吸泵的整个运动过程,同时也可以分析其运动的极限位置、空间运动位置、运动参数等内容.其结果表明,对自吸式水泵的创新设计是合理的,对原理进行仿真,可以有效地避免在加工及实地操作时发生重大失误.
