| 摘 要： | 乳化炸药生产因其过程复杂，过程参数控制要求高而容易发生生产爆炸事故。贵阳久联化工有限公司引进了乳化炸药连续化生产线自动控制系统，通过采用可靠的主控设备、生产过程参数的自动检测与控制及控制系统的安全生产措施，实现了生产过程的自动控制，不仅保证了生产的安全，而且提高了生产效率。生产运行表明，该系统平稳可靠，具有很大的推广前景。

| Abstract: | Emulsified explosive production is characterized by complex process,high requirements on process param- eters and danger of explosion.Guiyang Jiulian Chemicals Co.,Ltd has introducted an automatic control system for its con- tinuous production system for emulsified explosive.By adopting the measures of using reliable main control device,the au- tomatic testing and control of the process parameters and the safety operation of the control system,the automatic control of the production process has been realized,not only ensuring the production safety,but improving the production efficiency. The system proves stable and reliable,thus having a great prospect of popularization. |
